Through our broad range of activities, we play a key role in organizing society collectively and enhancing the living environment for citizens worldwide. **Job Description** * Guide, supervise and organize staff in executing operational activities related to **rehabilitation, maintenance and monitoring** of degraded and altered areas. * Support and supervise **seedling production** activities, nursery maintenance and care of epiphytic plants, following technical guidelines. * Ensure activities are carried out according to instructions from the **field engineer** and other supervisory roles. * Assist in performing operational tasks according to the assigned **workfront**. * Perform **proper handling of tools, materials and equipment**, appropriate to the task performed. * Organize the team, assign tasks and monitor operational performance. * Ensure activities are conducted in compliance with quality, safety and regulatory standards. * Operate motor vehicles as operationally required (**valid Class B driver's license**). * Support attendance tracking, discipline and on-site team organization. * Report incidents, needs and progress of activities to the responsible engineer. **Qualifications** * Prior experience in fieldwork, preferably in environmental areas, reforestation, land management, natural area restoration or maintenance. * Ability to lead operational teams and delegate tasks effectively. * Knowledge in handling tools and equipment related to field activities. * Active **Class B driver's license**. * Strong communication skills, responsibility and leadership capability. **Desirable** * Experience with nurseries, seedling production or environmental monitoring activities. * Experience in environmental projects, linear construction or remote operations. * Knowledge of occupational safety practices applied to field activities. **Additional Information** **Benefits That Value You** At Egis, we believe great work starts with a great environment.
