REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences, biotechnology, or related field Residence in São Paulo Valid driver’s license This position is remote-based, with up to 50% travel required Practical experience with laboratory automation equipment is highly desirable Background in molecular biology and experience with next-generation sequencing (NGS) are preferred qualifications Prior experience in technical or application support within diagnostic or life sciences companies is a plus, though we also welcome motivated new candidates JOB DESCRIPTION Provide application support across various scientific areas, including drug discovery and genomics Collaborate with the sales team on pre-sales presentations and serve as a scientific and technical resource Understand customer project scopes and adapt/ optimize existing workflows as needed Plan and conduct product demonstrations for prospective customers Prepare and present seminars and posters at conferences Develop new applications through industrial and academic networks Deliver customer training and support; maintain positive customer relationships Create, adapt, and optimize liquid handling and automation protocols to improve customer workflows Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, serving as a liaison with internal customer support teams when necessary Be prepared for up to 50% domestic and international travel, including overnight stays, sometimes with short notice.
