Job Summary: Sales Executive responsible for managing sales activities, customer service, negotiation, and contract closing, with emphasis on product demonstration and after-sales support. Use of sales management software and CRM Position: Sales Executive We currently have an opening for a Sales Executive (Account-Based), initially temporary but with potential for permanent hiring. Salary range: R$ 2.455,12 + bonus paid via card TotalPass – benefit granting access to numerous gyms and physical activities at reduced rates. Clude – health support platform offering psychological counseling and other services. Benefits: Meal allowance: R$ 170.00. Co-payment health plan (50% of monthly fee). Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Friday: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Required knowledge, experience, and prerequisites: Experience using sales management software and CRM. Ability to provide customer support and perform after-sales activities. Proficiency in electronic spreadsheets, text editing, and presentations. Familiarity with internal communication software. Proficiency in email, social media, and cloud tools. Knowledge of the sales process. Basic marketing knowledge. Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. Completed high school education. Sales-related courses are a plus. Job responsibilities: Execute and oversee sales-related activities, including proposal preparation, telephone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person customer service. Conduct client visits using the company vehicle. Perform after-sales activities. Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, payment terms, and discounts. Demonstrate products or services sold and close sales contracts. Guide and inform customers about products or services. Organize key clients’ schedules and carry out other duties inherent to the role.
