Role Overview **About the Position** We are seeking an executive leader to serve as Head of Software Engineering, responsible for the strategy, governance, and operations of the engineering function within the business unit. The position leads an organization of approximately 60 to 70 professionals across Engineering, Development, QA, and SRE, with strong expertise in managing third-party partners. It is essential to have autonomy to manage the engineering operation, strong prioritization skills in dynamic environments, and an executive mindset to influence diverse stakeholders.
