




**Description** The intern will provide user support, assisting in resolving hardware, software, and network issues. They will also support equipment installation and maintenance, handle service requests, organize the IT inventory, and document technical procedures. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, availability for 6 hours per day. **Responsibilities and Duties** Support maintenance of computers, printers, and peripherals; Assist in configuring and monitoring local networks (LAN/Wi-Fi); Provide support to internal users regarding hardware, software, and connectivity issues; Participate in the installation and updating of operating systems and corporate applications; Support documentation of technical procedures and equipment inventory; Assist in implementing information security policies; Attend IT department alignment meetings; Support user access and account management. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Education:** Currently enrolled in a Technical Education program. **Fields of Study:** Technical Course in Information Technology or related fields. **Desirable Requirements:** Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems; Understanding of computer networking concepts (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, routers, and switches); Ability to identify and resolve simple technical issues; Good communication skills and willingness to learn; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and productivity tools; Awareness of digital security and best practices in IT usage; Ability to work in a team and follow established processes; Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
