We seek to offer the best work environment for our employees, which is why we are looking for energetic professionals eager to learn new things and who want to be part of something bigger. **Responsibilities and duties** * Participate in projects as a team member, aiming at continuous process improvement (Kaizen). * Support the operational performance of the plant's production areas by identifying improvement opportunities and providing support for corrective and preventive actions. * Collaborate in specifying and verifying the proper use of equipment, materials, and labor to optimize production resources. * Assist in the needs assessment for acquiring new equipment, machines, instruments, devices, and tools, as well as workforce adjustments. * Participate in the development of new products and processes, anticipating potential failures in the production process and suggesting changes that add value to the outcome. * Support the development of relevant documentation such as Standardized Work Instructions, Process Flowcharts, among others, using them as a basis for decision-making. * Conduct analysis and evaluation of fabrication projects and material lists, ensuring product specifications and equipment quality. * Work together with Product Engineering in analyzing and solving issues related to design and material specifications. **Requirements and qualifications** * Pursuing a degree in Production Engineering or related fields. * Knowledge of production processes, ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical project diagrams, and technical drawing preparation. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * CAD software knowledge is desirable. **Additional information** * Attendance Bonus * Food Allowance * Transportation * On-site meals * Dental Plan * Medical Insurance with Co-payment * Life Insurance To achieve our goals, we don't work alone.
