Responsible for IT and broadcast systems We are seeking professionals in **Systems Engineering** to join **AD Digital**, a reference company in media, entertainment, and technological solutions for the communications industry. You will join a **strategic engineering team**, responsible for ensuring the **availability, performance, and evolution of IT and broadcast systems**, working on high-complexity and high-impact projects for major market players. ### **Your Responsibilities:** * Provide **support and maintenance for IT and broadcast systems** (hardware and software), ensuring performance and reliability; * Ensure **system availability**, supporting critical operations and high-demand environments; * Implement and maintain **information security practices** (access control, policies, and data protection); * Develop and maintain **backup and data recovery strategies (Disaster Recovery)**; * Apply **system, firmware, and security patch updates**; * Diagnose and resolve **technical issues** in IT environments and TV systems; * Support the **integration of new technologies** and infrastructure improvements; * Work on **IT projects**, including requirements gathering, solution definition, and implementation; * Create and maintain **technical documentation, workflows, and operational procedures**; * Support technical training for internal teams and clients; * Assess risks and support **compliance and information security initiatives**. ### **Requirements:** * Degree in **IT, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields**; * Experience in **IT support or system development**; * Initial experience in **broadcast or media environments** (a plus); * Knowledge of **IT infrastructure and systems**; * Technical/intermediate English. ### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with **cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)**; * Experience in **TV, broadcast, or digital media environments**; * Certifications in **cloud or infrastructure**; * Experience with system integration and emerging technologies. **Employment Type:** PJ **Work Mode:** Hybrid – (Availability for occasional work outside regular business hours and travel, as required by project demands) **Location:** Alameda Jaú, 1742 – Jardim Paulista ### **Benefits:** * Health insurance plan with no co-payment for the primary holder * Dental insurance * iFood card – R$35/day * Life insurance * Gympass * Educational scholarships * Corporate line * Career development plan * Day off
