On-site and remote technical support to customers Job Summary: °Responsible for installation, preventive and corrective maintenance, configuration, and technical support for electronic security systems, ensuring full equipment functionality and customer satisfaction. Main Responsibilities: °Install and configure CCTV systems (security cameras), alarms, sensors, electric fences, access control systems, and gate automation. °Perform preventive maintenance on equipment. °Conduct operational tests and identify technical faults. °Read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and equipment manuals. °Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers. °Prepare service reports and complete service orders. °Ensure organization, safety, and proper maintenance of equipment and tools. °REQUIREMENTS °Education: Technical course in electronics, electrotechnics, mechatronics, or related fields. °Knowledge and experience in basic electricity, configuration and installation of electronic security systems (CCTV), alarms, access control, etc. °Basic understanding of computer networks, cabling, switches, and routers. °Driver's license (Category B, desirable). °Competencies °Teamwork, organization and discipline, good communication skills, logical reasoning, and attention to detail.
