




Position: Sales Director Location: Jundiaí or near São Paulo Responsibilities: Responsible for the entire strategic market planning for the Brazilian market, defining and executing sales objectives, and driving business growth and market share; Independently develop major clients and channel networks, establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key industry partners; Conduct in-depth analysis of the Brazilian sheet metal bending machine market, identify opportunities and challenges, and propose targeted competitive strategies; Gradually build and lead the sales team, and establish an efficient sales system and process; Represent the company at industry events and enhance the professional brand image of "Ruitie" in the local market; Collaborate closely with headquarters and local after-sales engineers to ensure timely delivery and customer support. Requirements: Fluency in English Experience: More than 8 years of experience in industrial equipment sales, including at least 5 years focused on press brake sales; possess a mature client network and business contacts in Brazil; Capable of entering new markets or building a sales system from scratch (0 to 1); Willingness to travel for business, preferably within the state of São Paulo (to facilitate client visits to the Jundiaí showroom).
