At Netwire Global, we believe our clients, employees, suppliers, shareholders, partners, and the organization itself hold equal importance. **As an Instructional Designer, you will:** Lead the design of educational strategies aligned with business and learning objectives, working consultatively with clients and subject-matter experts. Define methodologies, ensure pedagogical coherence, coordinate the production of interactive and inclusive content, monitor outcomes, and promote continuous innovation in training. **Key Responsibilities:** * Understand client, learner, and learning objective requirements; * Define learning objectives jointly with the client; * Define teaching methods and assessment methodologies grounded in psychological and educational research to create effective learning experiences; * Curate references and foundational materials prior to content creation and development; * Develop instructional content (for both in-person and digital training), activities, and interactive resources relevant to learners, promoting knowledge retention and application; * Conceptualize interactive instructional resources to engage learners, developing scripts and materials for various media and formats (storyboards, podcasts, infographics, videos, handouts, e-books, and other related content deliverables); * Create effective assessments to ensure content retention, using creative methodologies (e.g., storytelling, gamification); * Ensure pedagogical coherence and technical quality of materials by reviewing language, fluency, accessibility, usability, and audience appropriateness; * Evaluate training content to generate feedback and drive continuous improvement of developed materials; * Implement client feedback and improvement suggestions following client reviews; * Conduct research and select relevant references and content to support educational materials, working consultatively with subject-matter experts to develop more technical content; * Collaborate with other professionals involved in project development and propose visual and pedagogical improvements to produced materials, always focusing on user experience; * Possess foundational knowledge of UX/UI principles applied to the creation of interactive, user-friendly, and effective training; * Approve and conduct final project versions to simulate the learner’s end-to-end training experience; * Monitor trends and explore new tools, technologies, and pedagogical strategies to enhance internal processes and training development; * Apply principles of accessibility and inclusion, focusing on solutions that work across diverse profiles and realities; * Measure and track departmental performance through KPIs and targets; **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress, preferably in Languages, Pedagogy, or related fields. * Prior experience producing educational content * Prior experience as an Instructional Designer * Knowledge of distance education and active learning methodologies * Strong writing, organizational, and detail-oriented skills. **What We Offer:** * Fully remote work * Meal and Food Allowance via Flash card: R$41.00 per working day. * Remote Work Allowance: R$80.00 paid monthly on payroll. * Unimed Health Insurance (Campinas or National Plan): 80% of the employee’s premium is covered by the company.
