There is much yet to be built. **Job Description:** At Areco, we are seeking a Web Developer with strong analytical capabilities to participate in building and evolving systems that sit at the center of our clients’ business decision-making. This professional may focus more on front\-end or back\-end development, contributing both to interface creation and to implementing business logic and integrations — always prioritizing performance, quality, and consistency of solutions. Beyond development, we expect someone who understands the impact of what they build, collaborating across departments to ensure deliveries aligned with real business challenges. **Work Mode: On-site** **Desired Profile:** * Develop and evolve web applications, working on front\-end and/or back\-end; * Build modern, responsive, and intuitive interfaces, ensuring a good user experience; * Implement and maintain APIs, services, and system integrations; * Translate business requirements into efficient, well-structured technical solutions; * Ensure application quality, performance, and consistency; * Analyze and resolve issues in complex systems; * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contributing to technical and product improvements; * Demonstrate analytical thinking, organization, and autonomy in managing tasks; * Possess strong communication skills, a collaborative attitude, and a sense of responsibility for deliverables; * Pursue continuous improvement by keeping up with emerging technologies and development best practices. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in IT-related fields, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or equivalent; * Experience in web development (front\-end and/or back\-end); * Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6\+); * Experience with modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, or Blazor); * Experience with back\-end languages such as C\#, .NET, Node.js, or similar; * Knowledge of designing and consuming REST APIs; * Experience with business rules and backend logic implementation; * Experience with relational databases (SQL); * Familiarity with source code versioning (Git); * Basic understanding of responsiveness, usability, and UI/UX best practices.
