Participate in study groups and training sessions for technical advancement Opportunity for a Web Developer (Back/Full Stack) at a company specialized in developing software that assists entrepreneurs in implementing and managing BPMN within their organizations. **Your Responsibilities:** * Develop, modify, and update system and database routines according to technical requirements and development standards. * Implement features adhering to best practices, version control, and usability. * Conduct technical and functional tests to validate deliverables. * Update schedules and report progress and risks of delays. * Document routines, code adjustments, versioning, and effort expended on activities. * Participate in study groups and training sessions for continuous technical advancement. * Fix bugs based on scenarios provided by the support team. * Suggest improvements and new features jointly with product management and subject-matter experts. * Research and apply new technologies to modernize legacy systems. * Support front-end developers in integrating user interfaces with business logic. * Create reusable code and libraries for future use. * Manage versioning, validation, and packaging of releases. * Review other developers’ code to ensure consistency and maintainability. **Hard Skills Required for This Opportunity:** * Proven experience in web development. * Experience building and maintaining applications focused on business rules, performance, and scalability. * Practical experience integrating relational and non-relational databases, including data modeling, querying, and manipulation. * Experience developing and consuming REST APIs using JSON, integrating systems, and applying best practices for security and versioning. * Proficiency in Java and JavaScript with Eclipse, plus solid knowledge of HTML and CSS, applying responsive programming concepts and UI/UX principles. * Experience with code versioning (Git), technical documentation, and implementation of unit and integration tests. * Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. * Familiarity with AWS and cloud architecture fundamentals, including deployment and service integration. * Knowledge of BPM and design patterns. * Intermediate English proficiency.
