In 2025, we received the Great Place to Work (GPTW) certification for the fifth consecutive year. **Responsibilities and Duties** **i4pro \+ You \= i4evc** Throughout your journey at i4pro, you’ll have numerous opportunities to develop, evolve, and transform—all within a collaborative and healthy work environment that values recognition, appreciation, and well-being for everyone. **Therefore, we count on you to:** * Develop new features and modify existing ones within 85% of the time stipulated in the budget table. * Analyze functional specifications, discuss, and propose technical implementation approaches to senior analysts or leadership. * Carry out development in accordance with defined technical and governance requirements, suggesting modifications where applicable. * Provide production support by correcting program and component errors, writing scripts to adjust databases, analyzing the impact such issues may have on client operations, and alerting business analysts for client communication. * Contribute to project and support structure planning to understand assigned tasks, sharing ideas or proposing actions that facilitate project completion. * Meet agreed-upon deadlines, proactively notifying leadership if delays are anticipated. * Develop unit tests (TDDs). * Generate evidence and documentation of implemented development. * Support system/module deployment at the client site. * Provide technical assistance and/or train new developers on development tools. **Requirements and Qualifications** **You Must Also Have:** * Solid programming logic knowledge * Solid SQL language knowledge * C\# language knowledge preferred * Basic familiarity with Visual Studio * Technical high school diploma in technology or ongoing undergraduate studies in technology or related fields. **Bonus Points If You Have:** * Knowledge of Agile methodology * Technical English **Additional Information** **Our Work Model:** We prioritize our employees’ well-being, offering remote, in-office, or hybrid positions—determined based on role requirements and job responsibilities.
