Operation in a large-scale environment integrated with Google Cloud ### **Role Mission** Your mission will be to develop and maintain high-performance hybrid applications, ensuring an exceptional mobile experience for millions of consumers and businesses. You will serve as the guardian of mobile UI quality, using Flutter to build intuitive, accessible, and technically robust user journeys, operating within a large-scale environment integrated with Google Cloud. ### **Your Responsibilities** * Development and Maintenance: Create, develop, and test software for computers or devices, focusing on continuous product improvement. * Technical Quality: Work within a specialized area to elevate service standards, writing functions that are easily testable and understandable. * Architecture \& State Management: Implement solutions using Clean Architecture, Clean Code, or MVVM, with state management via Provider or Bloc. * Testing and Debugging: Apply the testing pyramid (unit, widget, and integration tests) and use systematic approaches to debug issues in individual services. * Cloud Operations: Configure and manage the mobile ecosystem within Google Cloud, integrating backend and storage services. * Optimization: Monitor and improve app performance using tools such as Dart Observatory. ### **Prerequisites** * Flutter Expertise: Solid experience with Flutter, including reactive programming, offline operation support, and integration of native libraries (Kotlin/Swift). * Google Cloud for Mobile: Proficiency in GCP services for mobile, such as Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Messaging, Remote Config) and Cloud Storage. * Code Quality: Consistent function writing, effective use of docstrings, and coverage of edge cases and expected errors. * Testing: Practical experience with unit, widget, and integration tests. * Design and UI/UX: Experience with Design Systems, responsiveness, and tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Zeplin. * Integration: Communication with backends via REST API and/or GraphQL. * CI/CD: Experience with automated workflows using CodeMagic. * Accessibility: Practice in developing accessible apps following official Flutter guidelines. * Methodologies: Team collaboration using Scrum or Kanban, and version control via Gitflow. ### **Nice-to-Have** * Advanced Performance: Proven track record optimizing rendering and memory usage in large-scale apps. * Technical Leadership: Experience mentoring less-experienced engineers on higher-level testing. **What benefits do we offer?** * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * ❤️ Life Insurance * Meal Voucher * Food Allowance * Remote Work * Remote Work Allowance * Childcare Assistance * Birthday Day Off * Payroll-Deductible Loan * Profit Sharing (PLR) * Medical, psychological, and nutritional support * ️ Gympass
