Thus, we enhance decision-making, generate opportunities, and advance data intelligence for smarter choices. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Develop technical solutions aligned with business requirements, aiming to build scalable and high-performance applications; * Develop batch systems and REST APIs in Python, based on provided documentation, creating applications that meet user requirements; * Maintain web portals; * Identify and resolve incidents and perform system maintenance according to problem descriptions and log analysis; * Prepare technical documentation for implemented solutions; * Write unit tests; * Collaborate effectively with business teams to clarify business requirements, validate developed systems, and contribute technical insights during demand alignment meetings; * Agile methodology experience is desirable; * Develop and evaluate generative AI (LLMs)-based solutions applied to real business problems, such as product recommendation, document analysis, chatbots, and collections strategies; * Conduct experiments to optimize models, including prompt engineering, fine\-tuning, and Retrieval\-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques; * Define and implement evaluation metrics for generative models (e.g., quality, factual accuracy, consistency, and bias); * Perform robust statistical analyses to validate results, including hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, and simulations; * Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies for hallucinations, biases, and reliability issues. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering.
