A day in the life Our operations team seeks someone motivated to support our data centers in Brazil. Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a fast-paced technology company and a global leader in data centers. This person will ensure overall availability and reliability to meet or exceed data center operational service levels. This role involves rapid hardware and network diagnostics, as well as physical repair—which may include participation in an on-call team rotation. We seek individuals willing to work both independently and collaboratively. Task prioritization, organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to respond quickly are essential to success. Beyond hardware and network repairs, our team installs equipment, creates documentation, innovates solutions, and resolves issues within the data center. Data center operations involve teams working 24x7 on rotating shifts.
