Strong expertise in virtualization, storage, and Data Center networking We are seeking a Data Center Architect to join us in São Paulo. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Role Missions and Activities:** Supporting the commercial team in designing infrastructure solutions and **structuring consultative opportunities**, including **FinOps projects**, aligning technical, financial, and business requirements with the portfolio. **Main Responsibilities** * Engage in the **technical pre-sales cycle**, from demand understanding through proposal delivery * Design **on-premises and hybrid Data Center architectures** * Develop **High-Level Designs (HLD)**, diagrams, and technical scopes * Support definition of **sizing, Bill of Materials (BoM)**, and cost estimates * Lead **technical meetings, workshops, and solution presentations** for clients * Collaborate closely with commercial, engineering, operations, and partner teams * **Identify, structure, and support FinOps opportunities**, including: * Understanding the client’s financial context * Defining the scope of FinOps projects * Estimating effort, required roles, and team size for implementation * Supporting development of technical and commercial offerings * Interacting with **market-available FinOps tools and solutions** **Requirements and Qualifications** **Competencies:** **Behavioral:** Clear communication, proactivity, interpersonal skills, autonomy, organization, and persistence. **Technical:** Experience in **Data Center architecture or operations support** * Hands-on experience or strong exposure to **technical pre-sales or solution architecture** * **Knowledge of:** * Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V or similar) * Enterprise storage (SAN, NAS or HCI) * Data Center networking * Backup, DR, and high availability * **FinOps knowledge**, with ability to: * Understand the FinOps framework and its pillars * Support structuring of **FinOps opportunities** * Estimate effort and required roles for FinOps projects * Evaluate and assess **market-available FinOps solutions** * Strong communication skills and a **consultative mindset** **Desirable Requirements** * Proven and consistent track record in **infrastructure solution pre-sales** * Experience with **hybrid environments and cloud integration** (AWS, Azure or GCP) * Practical experience in **structuring and selling FinOps projects** * Ability to technically lead the definition of FinOps offerings * Experience in **Data Center modernization and consolidation** * Experience with **HCI**, automation, or infrastructure-as-code * Technical relationships with major vendors and partners * Technical, cloud, and/or **FinOps certifications** **Possible Differentiators:** English proficiency and certifications **Completed Higher Education:** Information Systems or related IT fields. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance Meal Voucher Food Allowance Stock Option Plan
