Customer Success Analyst (Mid-Level)

We are looking for a **Mid-Level Customer Success Analyst** to work directly on Vimeo operations—a leading global corporate video and enterprise streaming platform. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Lead onboarding and platform adoption processes for Vimeo * Manage and monitor the portfolio of active customers * Conduct periodic review and alignment meetings * Monitor portfolio health indicators and churn risks * Provide consultative support to maximize platform usage and perceived value * Support contract renewal processes and customer base expansion * Serve as the interface between customers, sales team, support, and vendor * Track requests, action plans, and improvement opportunities * Prepare reports and analyses on customer journey and satisfaction **Requirements:** * Experience with SaaS platforms * Advanced English for interaction with international teams * Experience in portfolio management, retention, and churn prevention * Familiarity with tools for tracking, organizing, and managing tasks * Strong ability to engage with corporate clients * Analytical, organized, and proactive mindset **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Experience in Customer Success, SaaS support, or consultative customer service * Basic knowledge of integrations and platform configuration * Understanding of APIs, SSO, authentication, and permissions * Knowledge of Entra ID / Azure AD * Experience working with corporate clients and B2B environments * Exposure to video platforms, streaming, or related technologies **Contract type: PJ (Individual Entrepreneur)** **Work format: Hybrid (1 day per week onsite)** **Location: Alameda Jaú, 1742 – Jardim Paulista** **Benefits** * Full-coverage medical plan (no copay) * Dental plan * iFood card (R$35/day) * Life insurance * Gympass/Wellhub * Educational scholarships * Corporate line * Career development plan * Birthday leave Ready to join the digital transformation journey and help major enterprises extract maximum value from their video and streaming solutions?
