Sales execution using assertive and persuasive techniques Fini is looking for a new Customer Service Representative * **SALARY**: **R$ 1.891,00** * Each Sunday worked: **R$ 32,00** * Each holiday worked: **R$ 32,00 + 100% overtime pay** * Sundays and holidays are paid on the payroll. Working Hours: Afternoon Shift: Mon–Thu 2:00 PM–10:20 PM, Fri–Sat 2:40 PM–11:00 PM, Sun 1:00 PM–9:20 PM Job Responsibilities include: * Providing customer service, delivering personalized attention and ensuring customer satisfaction; * Offering support and information regarding the company’s products, demonstrating knowledge of each product’s features and benefits; * Conducting sales using assertive and persuasive techniques to stimulate customer interest and close sales; * Accurately recording customer orders, ensuring correct issuance of invoices and timely delivery as agreed; * Maintaining an organized and clean workplace, ensuring an attractive point-of-sale presentation; * Participating in training sessions and workshops provided by the company to continuously improve skills and product knowledge; Requirements for the Position: * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in sales and customer service; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proactivity and ability to interact effectively with diverse types of customers; * Basic computer literacy and familiarity with sales systems; * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the company; Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) * Transportation Allowance (VT) * Allowance * Vacation * 13th Salary
