




We have an opportunity for the CSC IT Support and Services Assistant team, to work at our headquarters in Porto Alegre. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Deliver outstanding service and support in all interactions with users, resolving issues on mobile endpoints and local or remote Workstations; * Perform tasks and address tickets within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) using the ITSM system (ServiceNow); * Update and install operating systems and software (Windows, macOS, Android, iOS); * Perform maintenance on software and hardware; * Conduct backups and file/data recovery; * Provide preventive, corrective, and predictive technical support for all IT equipment; * Configure and deploy VoIP extensions; * Activate and perform basic installation of network ports; * Configure VPN, activate licenses and software; * Provide support, assembly, disassembly, and on-site assistance for IT equipment used in corporate events (live broadcasts); * Manage check-in and check-out of all IT equipment; * Provide support via and through O365, System Center SCCM, and Workspace One management platforms; **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed high school education; ongoing undergraduate studies are a plus. * Experience in end-user support, data networking, and telephony (digital/VoIP). * Knowledge of ITIL processes. * Technical knowledge of hardware (desktops, notebooks, and printers). * Knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN, and WAN networking. * Knowledge of mobile telephony/equipment and operating systems (Android/iOS). * Knowledge of videoconferencing systems (Teams, Zoom, Webex, Skype); * Must reside in Porto Alegre and surrounding areas. **Additional Information** **\*Internal applications until 12/30\*** **Work Modality:** **On-site** 5x2 \- Saturday/Sunday rotation Schedule: 11:00 AM to 8:48 PM Real-world challenges.
