If you are eager to learn, transform logistics and mobility, and make a difference, this is your opportunity! **Responsibilities and Duties:** * HubSpot administration: ticket handling (errors, bugs, minor improvements); * Document use cases, workflows, and best practices; * Collaborate with business areas to translate needs into technical solutions; * Monitor trends, tools, and best practices in applied AI; * Support CRM maintenance (records, pipelines, properties, and associations); * Assist in creating and updating fields, lists, and views; * Support simple adjustments to existing automations and workflows; * Receive, log, and track internal requests related to CRM and operational tools; * Support users in CRM usage (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing); * Clarify operational questions; * Assist in onboarding new users; * Document basic procedures and best practices. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, or related fields, with expected graduation after Jan/27 * Interest in: * CRM and operations; * Process automation; * Applied Artificial Intelligence * Basic knowledge of: * Spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets); * Process logic; * Digital tools.
