Job Opening – International-Focused Accountant (Contractor) We are seeking an analytical, strategic, and organized professional to handle international operations, overseas corporate structures, and accounting routines focused on international accounting and holding companies. Key Responsibilities Provide client service and support; Assist in the incorporation of foreign companies; Conduct meetings and negotiations in English; Prepare, analyze, and review financial statements—including Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Financial Reports—under IFRS; Perform journal entries and bank reconciliations for holding companies; Maintain offshore companies; Register corporate acts with competent authorities abroad; Request, manage, and organize corporate and financial documents. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences; Active CRC registration; Intermediate English proficiency (non-eliminatory); Knowledge of IFRS and international accounting; Experience with holding companies, offshore entities, or international structures is a plus; Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and an analytical mindset.
