**Your Mission**
As a **Corporate IT Analyst** at ALTAVE, you must ensure the day-to-day smooth operation of IT resources and deliver agile and efficient technical support to our employees. You will handle service tickets, maintain equipment, administer access rights, and manage IT assets — ensuring technology serves as an enabler of our productivity.
ALTAVE holds SOC2 Type 1 certification and is preparing for SOC2 Type 2 certification. You will play a critical role in executing the controls and processes required to achieve SOC2 Type 2 certification.
**Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities**
User Support and Service Delivery
* Handling and tracking IT service tickets, ensuring timely responses and resolution;
* Providing technical support to users (on-site and remote), including answering questions, offering guidance, and performing basic troubleshooting;
* Supporting internal company events;
Hardware and Software Management
* Installing, configuring, and updating standard software;
* Performing basic maintenance of IT equipment, including assistance with system formatting and machine setup;
* Full system formatting and preparation of machines for deployment;
* Supporting peripherals (printers, monitors, etc.);
Access and Asset Administration
* Creating and maintaining users in Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft 365;
* Managing IT assets, including tracking and inventory of equipment;
* Organizing equipment and managing IT stock inventory;
Infrastructure and Operational Support
* Basic monitoring of network connectivity and links;
* Supporting IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and firewalls;
* Overseeing third-party service providers involved in IT-related activities;
**Requirements:**
* Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Networks, or Technical Certification in Computer Networks (in progress or completed).
* Prior experience providing end-user technical support and using ticketing systems.
* Practical experience in IT equipment maintenance and system formatting (hardware and software).
* Basic knowledge of networking (connectivity, IP, DNS).
* Solid understanding of corporate operating systems (Windows and Linux).
* Hands-on experience with basic Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft 365 administration (user/group creation and permission management).
* Technical English proficiency.
**Preferred Qualifications**
Automation Mindset: Familiarity with basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash) or tools like Microsoft Power Automate to optimize repetitive tasks.
Compliance Focus: Awareness of information security processes, importance of SLAs, and strict adherence to asset inventory management (critical for audits such as SOC2).
Prior experience with corporate antivirus or EDR solutions.
