Learn more at: http://www.pueridomus.com.br **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assists the pedagogical coordinator and educational advisor in administrative processes related to pedagogical functions; * Manages the pedagogical coordinator’s appointment schedule; * Conducts price quotations; * Mediates purchases of national and international tests and assessments; * Monitors national and international knowledge olympiad calendars and internally coordinates with teams of pedagogical coordinators and marketing; * Supports the semesterly organization of training pathways, including partnership contracts and student registration forms; * Updates marketing materials (e.g., brochure), class formation records, and Classroom links in coordination with IT; * Performs other routine duties pertinent to the role. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in General or Specialized Education. * English fluency required. **Additional Information** * Position is for the Pueri Domus Bilingual School – Aclimação unit. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:48 (1-hour break). * Benefits: HapVida NotreDame health insurance, Odontoprev dental insurance, 80% tuition scholarship for undergraduate courses and 50% for online postgraduate courses at Unidombosco, Profit Sharing Plan (PLR), cafeteria (100% subsidized meal, at no cost to the employee), life insurance, SESC membership, flexible food allowance card valued at R$ 205.00, 12 psychotherapy sessions via Wells, up to 40% discount on psychological consultations via Vittude, C4life consultations for financial and legal advice, transportation voucher, and telemedicine: 4 free monthly online consultations for the employee via the “Eu Protegido” app (through AVUS – elective consultations or 24-hour emergency service), plus up to 80% discount on medication purchases, applicable to the employee. * Start date: Immediate.
