Leading infrastructure and automation projects **Requirements:** * Solid experience in IT infrastructure and support (advanced level); * Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux Server, and corporate networks; * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams); * Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper\-V, or Proxmox); * Hands\-on experience with public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP); * Knowledge of IT governance frameworks (ITIL, COBIT, or ISO 27001\); * Proactive, organized profile with a focus on continuous improvement; * Leadership profile; **Responsibilities:** * Serve as a technical reference in support and infrastructure (L1, L2, and L3\); * Administer and optimize Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, and File Server; * Manage corporate networks (LAN/WAN/Wi\-Fi, VLANs, VPN, and firewall); * Administer Microsoft 365 with emphasis on security and governance; * Supervise the ticketing system (GLPI), ensuring SLA compliance; * Control asset, software, and license inventories; * Develop technical documentation and knowledge base; * Implement security policies, backup strategies, and compliance measures (LGPD); * Lead infrastructure and technological modernization projects; * Manage IT contracts and vendors; * Support corporate systems (ERP, WMS, CRM, and workflows); * Create KPIs and dashboards in Power BI; * Develop automations (PowerShell, Power Automate, Python); * Manage cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP); Compensation: R$8\.000,00 \- R$10\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On\-site
