If you want to grow, learn, and leave your mark on projects that impact the city and people's lives, come transform with us! **Responsibilities and attributes:** * Contribute to the calculation, monitoring, and communication of variable remuneration programs (ICP and ILP); * Assist in monitoring the personnel budget (headcount and costs), supporting Budget x Real monitoring rituals; * Support the preparation of reports, dashboards, and management presentations to support leadership decision-making; * Contribute to the development and maintenance of remuneration indicators; * Assist in the review and update of internal policies, standards, and procedures related to remuneration and people management; * Act in support of demands from business areas and HR related to classifications, movements, and eligibility for incentive programs. **Requirements and qualifications:** * Undergraduate or completed degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; * Good communication and ability to interact with different areas; * Good analytical capacity and skill in working with data and indicators; * Previous experience or background in remuneration, people control, analytical HR, or related areas will be considered a differential; * Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Excel; experience with Power BI or SQL will be considered a differential; **Additional information:** * Transportation voucher or fuel allowance; * Food or meal voucher; * Medical and dental assistance; * PPR (Profit Sharing Program); * Life insurance; * Agreements with educational institutions; commerce, well\-being, among others.
