Job Summary: This Controller Analyst will support managerial closings, cost calculations, budget and forecast preparation, KPI tracking, and financial reporting. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to support reporting improvements and automation Barueri \- SP On-site 1 Position Effective \- CLT Analyst Full time **Controller Analyst** **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Financial Management, or related fields * Prior experience in controller or managerial accounting routines * Knowledge of costs, budgeting, KPIs, and managerial income statements (DRE) * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency * **Preferred Qualifications:** * Power BI knowledge * ERP experience (Oracle, Totvs, or similar) **Main Responsibilities:** **Managerial Closing** * Support monthly accounting and managerial closing * Analyze revenue, cost, and expense allocation **Costs** * Perform cost calculation for services * Allocate indirect expenses among cost centers **Budget and Forecast** * Support budget (Budget) preparation * Monitor periodic forecasts and variances **Reporting and KPIs** * Support preparation of the managerial income statement (DRE) * Track financial indicators (EBITDA, Net Margin, ROI, Payback, among others) * Contribute to managerial reporting **Departmental Support** * Support general departmental routines * Validate competencies and analyze variances * Identify significant deviations * Participate in initiatives for reporting improvement and automation **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday **Benefits:** * VR (Meal Voucher) * VA (Food Voucher) * Dental plan * Health insurance * TotalPass * Education allowance * SESC partnership * Among others ### **Requirements** ##### **Studies** University education ### **About BIOMEGA MEDICINA** Biomega grows daily, and all employees are trained to deliver excellence in our laboratory services, uphold high quality with a focus on diagnostic clarity, and provide clients with secure and timely results.
