Job Summary: Customer service to address questions about SAMSUNG products, assist with data transfer, and perform preliminary analysis of defective devices. Key Highlights: 1. Requires excellent Portuguese and basic knowledge of mobile phone settings JOB DESCRIPTION: Customer service, answering questions regarding SAMSUNG products, transferring data to new devices, performing preliminary analysis of defective devices, and other related tasks. SKILLS AND PROFILE: Excellent Portuguese (spoken and written), Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel), Residence with easy access to Parque Dom Pedro Shopping Center, Basic knowledge of mobile phone configurations. ADDITIONAL ASSET: Course in mobile phone software. COMPENSATION: R$ 2.102,00 + Meal Allowance of R$ 600,00 + Transportation Allowance or Fuel Voucher + Total Pass + Performance Bonus Schedule: Monday to Saturday, from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.
