Consultant - RM LABORE TOTVS

We are starting the year with growth and are seeking a Consultant RM Labore – TOTVS to join our team and directly contribute to projects that make a real difference in our clients’ daily operations. If you master payroll processing, understand the RM Labore routine, and enjoy working in a consultative capacity, this opportunity may be perfect for you! * Responsibilities: * Implement, configure, and provide support for the RM Labore module (TOTVS) * Handle payroll, labor charges, and statutory events * Support eSocial, Digital FGTS, INSS, and other statutory compliance obligations * Conduct requirements analysis and gather client needs * Train end users and develop functional documentation * Analyze scenarios, propose improvements, and guide users * Serve as a technical reference and trusted partner to the client * Resolve incidents and drive continuous system improvements. * Requirements: * Proven experience with TOTVS RM Labore * Solid knowledge of payroll processing and labor legislation * Hands-on experience with eSocial and other statutory obligations * Strong analytical skills, organizational ability, and effective client communication * Experience in support, implementation, or consulting is a plus * Advantages: * Knowledge of other TOTVS modules * Experience in implementation projects * TOTVS certifications * Work model * Employment type: CLT or PJ (to be determined) * Work mode: On-site at client location * What we expect from you * Practical experience with TOTVS RM Labore * Good knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processing * Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills * Willingness to learn and grow alongside Dadoteca * You’ll stand out if you have: * Experience with other TOTVS modules * Experience in implementation projects * TOTVS certifications At Dadoteca, we believe in trust-based relationships, knowledge sharing, and mutual growth.
