




Job Summary: Higher education or technical internship for administrative support, internal system and CRM support, and basic customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Support in implementing proposals in internal systems 2. Assistance in organizing and updating the CRM 3. Monitoring basic requests with health insurance providers Responsibilities: Support, under supervision, the implementation of proposals in internal systems; Assist in entering and updating information in Excel spreadsheets; Provide support in populating and organizing the company's CRM; Monitor specific interactions with health insurance providers to resolve customers' basic requests; Assist in sending emails and organizing documents; Provide support in sending messages via WhatsApp for guidance and communication with customers; Support initial lead handling and scheduling meetings with the responsible team. Requirements: Currently enrolled in a higher education or technical program compatible with the administrative field; Basic knowledge of Excel. Reside in Barra, Recreio, Jacarepaguá, or have convenient access to this region.
