Flórida Car Service is seeking a committed, organized professional with strong communication skills to work as a Mechanical Workshop Consultant, responsible for customer service, opening and tracking service orders, preparing budgets, and providing technical/commercial support throughout the entire automotive maintenance process. Key responsibilities: * In-person and online customer service; * Receiving and tracking vehicles at the workshop; * Preparing and presenting budgets; * Clearly explaining technical services to customers; * Monitoring services together with the technical team; * Organizing service orders and managing deadlines; * Post-sales follow-up and monitoring customer satisfaction; * Supporting the sale of preventive services and inspections. Important requirements: * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor; * Organization and accountability; * Aptitude for public interaction and sales; * Basic/intermediate knowledge of automotive mechanics; * Proficiency with computer systems, WhatsApp, and computers; * Proactivity and problem-solving ability; * Teamwork; * Punctuality and commitment.
