We value collaboration, diversity, and continuous development as the foundation for consistent technical leadership. **Responsibilities:** As a Cloud Systems Administration Specialist, you will be the team’s technical reference, engaging strategically and hands-on to support architectural decisions and ensure environment stability. * Serve as a technical reference in complex and mission-critical cloud environments. * Collaborate integrally across projects and operations to ensure continuous environment evolution. * Provide technical guidance, support, and mentorship to mid-level and senior analysts. * Support and uphold technical and architectural decisions alongside internal teams and customers. * Implement and evolve infrastructure-as-code using Terraform. * Operate, maintain, and optimize production Kubernetes environments. * Work within DevOps and SRE contexts, focusing on automation, reliability, and observability. * Lead troubleshooting of complex incidents, ensuring operational stability and trust. **Who we’re looking for:** We seek a professional with proven technical seniority, autonomy, and the ability to influence decisions in complex environments. * 5 years of hands-on experience with AWS. * Consistent experience across end-to-end cloud environments. * Technical autonomy to support decisions and guide the team. * Solid experience with Terraform and Kubernetes. * Experience in projects and/or operations of critical environments. * Clear communication, a consultative mindset, and a strong sense of technical responsibility. **Critical Requirements:** * Multiple AWS certifications (mandatory for the Specialist level). * Advanced, hands-on experience with Terraform. * Strong production experience with Kubernetes. * Demonstrated ability to lead technically and clearly explain complex decisions. **Why build your career at Ingram Micro:** At Ingram Micro, specialists don’t just execute — they decide, direct, and influence.
