We seek professionals in the final stage of their undergraduate studies or recent graduates with field experience, an analytical profile, and a strong sense of technical responsibility, to support field activity management and execution. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in monitoring daily construction site activities, supporting adherence to the schedule; * Support field inspections, verifying progress of works according to engineering instructions; * Assist in measurement control and data collection for technical reports; * Support scheduling control and updating in MS Project; * Contribute to organizing technical documents and construction records; * Support communication among the engineering team, suppliers, and operational teams; * Assist in monitoring quality and safety standards on-site, under supervision; * Provide day-to-day technical support to the engineering team. **Requirements:** * Currently completing or recently graduated from a Civil Engineering undergraduate program; * Prior field experience on construction sites; * Knowledge of reading and tracking project schedules; * Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and Excel. **️IMPORTANT INFORMATION! ️** ***This position is also open to candidates with disabilities (PwD)*** **Employment Type**: CLT **Work Model**: Fully on-site position in **Balneário Camboriú/SC.** ️ **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, from 7:45 AM to 5:33 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.
