**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**
The CD Performance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring end-to-end visibility of business performance by connecting commercial execution, demand evolution, and financial results through a robust forecasting process, Revenue Flash management, and active participation in S&OE.
This role serves as a strategic bridge between Commercial, Supply Chain, and Finance teams, translating data into insights and decisions that drive sustainable and profitable growth for the Foods Brazil category.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Lead the Business Performance Management agenda, providing financial insights and recommendations to support commercial decision-making.
* Own the monthly Revenue Flash process, consolidating assumptions on volume, pricing, mix, and promotions to deliver accurate and timely landing forecasts.
* Act as Finance Partner in the S&OE process, ensuring alignment among demand planning, commercial execution, and financial expectations.
* Monitor business performance against targets, identifying risks and opportunities across channels, customers, and categories.
* Develop executive reports, dashboards, and performance packs to support leadership discussions and decisions.
* Coordinate short-term forecasting activities, translating commercial actions into impacts on revenue, gross margin, and profitability.
* Collaborate closely with Sales, CSP, Category, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure visibility into performance and execution risks.
* Conduct scenario modeling and mid-month interventions to support target delivery.
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and simplification of reporting and performance management processes.
* Consolidate market, customer, and competitor insights to identify growth opportunities and improve business results.
* Governance and controls: ensure compliance with global frameworks (SOA, GFCF, SOX, and Schedule of Authority), with strong discipline in commercial and financial controls.
**REQUIRED EXPERIENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS**
* Technical Skills
* Bachelor’s degree completed in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
* Strong financial acumen and solid understanding of P&L.
* Experience in forecasting and financial modeling.
* Advanced Excel, Power BI, and other data visualization tools.
* Data analytics and generation of business insights.
* Capability in scenario planning and supporting decision-making.
* Understanding of S&OE, demand planning, and commercial planning processes.
* Desired experience with SAP, TPM, and Data Lake / analytics platforms.
