This professional will play a fundamental role in client relations, handling cash receipts, monitoring service progress, and ensuring customers remain well-informed. Additionally, they will also support in-person and WhatsApp-based customer service, contributing to a positive and organized experience. Salary: R$ 1\.900,00 (CLT) Benefits: Meal/Voucher Allowance of R$ 20.00 per day Dental plan Transportation Voucher (provided only to those using public transportation) * Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:15 AM to 5:30 PM Saturdays: 8:30 AM to 2:15 PM Breaks: Monday to Friday: 12:00 PM to 1:27 PM Saturday: 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM Main Responsibilities: Process customer payments (cashier duties) Monitor service progress in the workshop Keep customers informed about service deadlines and status Support front-desk customer service Provide customer service via WhatsApp when required ✅ Requirements: Completed basic education Basic computer skills Customer service experience is a plus Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
