We are seeking a communicative, proactive, and results-oriented professional to join our Call Center team. **Responsibilities** * Provide active and/or inbound customer support via phone, WhatsApp, or other channels. * Clarify inquiries, record information, and offer customer support. * Monitor and follow up on requests, ensuring timely responses within established deadlines. * Update the internal system with data and interaction history for each customer contact. * Meet quality and productivity targets. * Schedule visits, meetings, or services as needed. * Route requests to the appropriate departments. **Requirements** * Completed high school education. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Customer service experience. * Basic computer literacy. * Organizational skills, patience, and courtesy. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in call centers or customer service centers (SAC). * Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools. * Ability to handle high call volumes.
