So, are you ready to scale \#BeyondTheTop with us? **Responsibilities and Duties** * Maintain strong communication with other departments to map data requirements and support implementation of solutions aligned with business rules * Create and maintain dashboards to help the company monitor key metrics and KPIs across the organization or specific verticals * Analyze data to identify trends and generate actionable insights for departments * Contribute to data modeling efforts * Support discussions on business rules to ensure creation and maintenance of strategic KPIs for business units * Identify, investigate, and propose data\-driven solutions to business problems * Promote the data\-driven culture across the company through training and by identifying opportunities to enable operational teams’ autonomous use of data * Ensure data integrity and quality by detecting—and even resolving—issues arising from data collection and modeling * Participate in or lead initiatives that accelerate adoption of the data\-driven culture across the company * Ensure failures become learning opportunities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience with SQL * Experience with programming languages (Python, R, etc.) * Analytical skills (basic knowledge of statistics) * Knowledge of data modeling * Familiarity with at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Metabase) * Understanding of agile methodology We help brands improve sales performance through AI implementation and usage.
