Job Summary:
Manage team activities, plan processes, control inventory and costs, monitor biological samples, and serve customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the activities of staff at the Regional Support Unit;
* Train and develop Unit staff, providing guidance and direction in performing their duties;
* Plan new process workflows to meet local needs, optimizing productivity and minimizing costs;
* Perform inventory control and monitor material requisitions;
* Receive and distribute biological samples;
* Triage and package samples, and request recollection when applicable;
* Control Unit costs and budgets;
* Maintain and keep up-to-date all Unit legal documentation;
* Be accountable for Unit processes and oversee visits by Regulatory Authorities;
* Support Logistics, Human Resources, and Occupational Health and Safety departments on matters related to Unit staff;
* Monitor sample temperature;
* Monitor transportation of biological material in accordance with regulations and procedures;
* Serve internal and external customers, providing necessary support.
**Bachelor’s degree in Biology required.**
