Job Summary:
The professional will review and analyze PEP screening alerts, conduct investigations, validate information, critically assess results, and maintain compliance with internal policies.

Responsibilities and Duties:
* Review PEP screening alerts generated by the internal system, including potential matches against local and global lists.
* Analyze cases of customers who self-declared — correctly or incorrectly — as PEP during onboarding or transactional workflows.
* Conduct initial investigations to determine positive identification of a customer as a PEP.
* Perform additional research to validate relevant information, such as occupation and publicly available customer-related data.
* Critically assess the results of the analyses performed.
* Escalate cases with true matches, inconclusive findings, or insufficient data to specialized teams.
* Approve cases where solid evidence exists to dismiss PEP or potential PEP status, properly documenting the justification.
* Draft clear and consistent narratives documenting the full rationale behind decisions (true positive or false positive).
* Maintain complete records, ensuring traceability and support for final decisions.
* Apply and maintain account controls per internal procedures and regulatory guidelines.
* Refer to responsible teams any case indicating suspicious activity or sanctions-related risk.
* Always act in compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and best compliance practices.
* Contribute to corporate social responsibility initiatives and strategies of TP Brasil.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements):
* Must be of legal age;
* Completed high school education;
* Customer service experience is desirable.
