Job Summary: A qualified professional to work on the technical development of bakery products and provide direct support to retail outlets, ensuring quality and standards. Key Highlights: 1. Work on the technical development and production of bakery products. 2. Conduct technical visits to retail outlets (PDVs) for support and demonstration. 3. Ensure the quality and standards of produced products. **Opportunity for Bakery Technician / Baker** We are seeking qualified professionals to work in the Aparecida neighborhood of Alvorada/RS. The professional will be responsible for technical product development and direct support to retail outlets. **Responsibilities:** * Work on the technical development and production of bakery products. * Conduct technical visits to retail outlets (PDVs) for support and demonstration. * Ensure the quality and standards of produced products. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Baker or Bakery Technician. * Valid Brazilian driver's license, category B. * Proactive profile with strong communication skills for customer service. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: R$ 4\.000,00\. * Company vehicle. * Basic food basket. **Working Hours:** * Schedule: To be determined. * Location: Vehicle pickup from the company in the **Aparecida neighborhood (Alvorada/RS)**. **Work focuses on visits to retail outlets.** * Employment model: PJ (Individual Entrepreneur). Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education)
