Required knowledge: * Technical support for MPS, PCs, Thermal, and Mobile devices. * Management and analysis of KPIs. * Administration and budgetary demand management. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives. * Systemic and process-oriented mindset. * People management focused on enhancing organizational culture. * Preferred qualification: ITIL 3 or 4 Requirements Experience in PCs and MPS domains; Experience in people development; Experience with reports / KPIs; Completed undergraduate degree.
