**What we are looking for:** We are seeking a professional with solid DevOps and AWS experience, a hands-on profile focused on automation, standardization, and continuous improvement, to work on building and evolving scalable cloud-native platforms with a focus on DevOps and GitOps. This professional will be responsible for enabling development teams through an efficient internal platform, promoting autonomy, security, and standardization of deployment and operational processes. **Responsibilities:** * Platform Engineering * Design and maintain an internal platform (IDP) to standardize deployments and operations. * Create reusable blueprints for workloads (EKS, ECS, serverless, and databases). * Define cloud-native architecture standards and best practices (Well-Architected). * CI/CD & GitOps * Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps. * Adopt GitOps practices with ArgoCD (declarative deployment on Kubernetes). * Define branching, promotion, and rollback strategies. * Containers & Orchestration * Manage Kubernetes environments (Amazon EKS). * Work on networking and security (RBAC, IRSA, Network Policies). * Support containerized workloads (ECS – Fargate/EC2). * Standardize container build and deployment pipelines. * AWS Services & Integrations * Design and operate managed services such as RDS, SNS, and SQS. * Build asynchronous and resilient integrations (event-driven). * Ensure high availability and scalability of solutions. **Requirements:** * Solid DevOps experience * Solid AWS experience (EKS, ECS, RDS, SNS, SQS, IAM, VPC). * Experience with Kubernetes and Docker. * Experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps). * Experience with GitOps and ArgoCD. * Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar). * Experience with cloud-native architecture. * Knowledge of cloud security. * Experience with integrations and event-driven architectures. **Desirable / Differentiators:** * Experience with Platform Engineering (IDP) and Developer Experience (DevEx). * Knowledge of Service Mesh (Istio or Linkerd). * Experience with multi-account AWS and Landing Zones. * Experience in hybrid environments and enterprise-grade pipelines. * Experience with observability (monitoring, logging, and metrics) **Behavioral description:** We are looking for someone who: * Enjoys working in a team and is **collaborative** in their responsibilities; * Has **courage** to challenge themselves and go beyond, embracing new growth opportunities; * Transforms ideas into **creative solutions** and pursues quality in all aspects of their daily work; * Possesses strong **problem-solving skills**; * Is skilled and comfortable working independently and **managing their own time**; * Is interested in tackling technologically **adversarial and innovative** situations.
