UAN Assistant

We are looking for a **UAN Assistant** to work directly in the food preparation area. This professional will be responsible for **assisting in food and nutrition department activities**, ensuring the necessary support in meal preparation and workplace organization. We are a reference in sugarcane-based biofuel production in the North and Northeast regions of the country. **Join our team!** **Responsibilities and duties** * Support the cook in all tasks; * Begin kitchen activities and review the day's menu; * Assist in food preparation and handling, organizing necessary utensils; * Help process food according to the menu and supervisor's instructions; * Participate in cleaning the kitchen and dining area, wash used equipment, and ensure regular maintenance; * Check and replenish sinks on the ramp as needed. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed elementary education; * Prior experience in this role and with industrial kitchen equipment is desirable; * Availability to work rotating shifts; * Willingness to reside in collective accommodation. **Additional information** * Meals and gym access at the company; * Life insurance; * Company-provided accommodation; * Partnerships with optical chains, medical clinics, and dental clinics; * Internal and external training programs; * Telemedicine (online medical consultations); * We provide transportation to the cities of Balsas, Fortaleza dos Nogueiras, and São Raimundo das Mangabeiras/MA.
