Support for technical and management teams We are looking for a technology enthusiast to intern with our team! We are a Managed Service Provider (MSP) specializing in IT services. Our mission is to align Technology with Business Productivity and Security through Cloud Solutions, Security Services, and Intelligent Support. With a team of over 50 professionals and more than 25 years of industry expertise, we are a technology company distinguished by our preventive approach—leveraging automation, AI, and RMM. **If you’re interested in joining our \#RavelTeam, please note the key responsibilities of this role:** * Assist in equipment registration at the Lab. * Assist in printer and fuser maintenance. * Assemble, configure, and maintain computers, servers, and network devices. * Assist in hardware and software testing on computers, notebooks, servers, and network devices. * Support documentation of procedures and use of automation in the Lab. * Ensure organization, cleanliness, and safety of the lab environment. * Support the Support and Field teams with questions regarding lab equipment and hardware. * Perform remote configuration of new equipment. * Support the technical team in delivering support to our contracted clients and assist in managing the department. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Computer Science, IT Management, or related fields; * Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite; * Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn. * **What we offer:** + Amil Health Insurance (starting at R$ 133/month, with co-payment); + Amil Dental Insurance (starting at R$ 26/month – optional); + Swile\+ – Flexible Benefits: - Meal Voucher: R$ 30 per business day; - Food Voucher: R$ 50 per month. + Life insurance; + Mobility allowance (6% discount); + Birthday Day Off
