Customer service and monitoring of tax targets Provide technical and operational support for tax routines, being responsible for tax calculation, submission of ancillary obligations, and customer service, with a focus on companies under the Simples Nacional regime. * Resolve customer queries and guide them in their tax operations, ensuring compliance with current legislation; * Calculate taxes, fees, and other tax obligations, with emphasis on companies opting for the Simples Nacional regime; * Submit tax-related files, such as DEFIS, tax ledgers, declarations, and other ancillary obligations; * Be responsible for all ancillary obligations of assigned companies; * Monitor internal tax department targets and contribute to delivering results; * Stay updated on tax legislation and its amendments; * Act strategically in monthly tax calculations, seeking accuracy and efficiency; Assist supervisors, analysts, and assistants with operational and technical demands of the department. * REQUIREMENT: Currently enrolled in or graduated from Accounting Sciences or Business Administration; Experience in accounting firms and Simples Nacional tax calculation routines will be considered an advantage.
