Candidate Profile We Seek: Interest in automotive technology; Proactivity in seeking information from various available sources; Independence in creatively and innovatively solving problems; Clear and concise communication; Affinity for teamwork; Interest in studying technical topics related to the automotive industry; Strong oral and written communication skills; Currently enrolled in a higher education or technical program to formalize the internship agreement; Proficiency in computer use. Emotional intelligence and adaptability to handle daily challenges; Attitudes We Expect From You: Customer Service: interact with customers via chat, phone, WhatsApp, and e\-mail; understand customer needs and assist them with automotive diagnostics; Search, research, analyze, interpret, and prepare technical information; Use internal systems to manage customer interactions; Use internal systems to manage requests and technical materials to be uploaded to the Platform.
