Leadership, communication, negotiation, and proactivity **Job Description:** **Requirements:** * Education: Engineering (Electronics, Civil, Computer) or Administration. * Experience: Solid experience in infrastructure construction and/or ITS/Automation project management. * Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with ITS systems, such as traffic control systems, electronic payment systems, vehicle monitoring systems, and communication systems. * Tools: Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera P6, etc.) and technical drawing software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.). * Skills: Leadership, communication, negotiation, organization, proactivity, and problem-solving ability. **Responsibilities:** * Technical Definition and Architecture: Develop automation system architecture and technical specifications. Ensure compliance with technical and regulatory standards. * Technical Project Planning and Management: Plan and coordinate technical project execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and technical requirements. Manage technical teams, allocating tasks and resources efficiently. * Procurement Management for Implementation: Prepare RFPs, including all necessary and mandatory items. Oversee the entire procurement process from initiation to contract signing and SAP registration for the implementation team. * Design and Integration Coordination: Specify and design automation system components, ensuring compatibility among systems. Manage integration between systems and existing infrastructure. * Quality and Compliance Management: Ensure technical quality and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Conduct audits and reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards. * Project Validation: Validate whether project assumptions and design align with business needs. * Implementation and Execution Support: Support execution and installation, performing adjustments and system commissioning. Conduct system acceptance and validation tests (FAT, SAT). * Physical and Financial Control: Physical and financial project management, including measurement controls and contractor deliverables. * Final Delivery: Deliver operational and maintenance documentation. Documentation, training, asset registration, and monitoring. * Ensure adherence to best practices in Quality, Environment, Occupational Safety, Social Responsibility, and Asset Management, while meeting customer requirements, regulatory and statutory requirements, and contractual obligations; Act in accordance with the corporate Compliance and Ethics program, following defined rules aligned with Company guidelines, ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements and contractual obligations.
