No prior experience required **CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE POSITION\| SANTANA DE PARNAÍBA – SP\| FULL-TIME, DIRECT HIRE** **Responsibilities:** Primarily provide customer service via WhatsApp, with additional support by phone and in person, focused on rental of party supplies. Responsibilities include purchase guidance, clarification of inquiries, preparation of quotations, decoration suggestions, venue organization, product storage, and support in other related activities. **Requirements:** Completed or currently pursuing high school education Strong verbal and written communication skills No prior experience required; however, ease in customer service and familiarity with party decorations will be a plus. **Company Offers:** Salary \+ Cash Transportation Allowance \+ Meal Voucher of $20 per day. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. **Work Location:** Santana de Parnaíba, Pentágono Avenue, Alphaville, São Paulo Job Type: Full-time, Direct Hire (CLT), Temporary Compensation: R$2\.000,00 \- R$2\.300,00 per month Selection Questions: * What is your expected salary? * Are you available to work Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM? * Do you have easy access to work 100% onsite in Alphaville, Santana de Parnaíba? * Are you comfortable working with the public?
