Records customer interactions and service orders in the system, prepares reports, and supports management. Continuously seeks process improvements and communicates adopted solutions to users. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with a one-hour lunch break. Responsibilities and Duties * Provide telephone and in-person customer service; * Prepare reports and support the immediate supervisor. * Identify opportunities for process improvement. * Record all customer interactions in the system. * Guide users and resolve all their inquiries. * Manage and follow up on requests from initiation through to completion. * Register service orders according to customer needs. * Ensure appropriate support to customers or the general public. * Inform users about actions taken to resolve complaints.
