Conducting sales using assertive and persuasive techniques Fini is looking for a new Customer Service Representative Salary: BRL 1786.50 + Daily VT + BRL 30.50 on Sundays + BRL 38.50 and 100% overtime pay on holidays + BRL 200 allowance Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 2:00 PM to 10:20 PM; Friday and Saturday: 2:40 PM to 11:00 PM; Sunday: 1:00 PM to 9:20 PM; rotating 6-day workweek with Sunday worked every other week. Job Responsibilities include: * Providing customer service with a personalized approach, aiming to ensure customer satisfaction; * Delivering product support and information, demonstrating knowledge of each product’s features and benefits; * Conducting sales using assertive and persuasive techniques to stimulate customer interest and finalize sales; * Accurately recording customer orders, ensuring correct invoice issuance and on-time delivery as agreed; * Maintaining an organized and clean workplace, ensuring an attractive point-of-sale presentation; * Participating in company-provided training sessions and workshops to continuously improve skills and product knowledge; Requirements for the Position: * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in sales and customer service; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proactivity and ability to interact effectively with diverse customers; * Basic computer literacy and familiarity with sales systems; * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the company; Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) * VT * ALLOWANCE * VACATION * 13TH SALARY
